1. Enrollment & Course Access

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful submission of payment.
  • Access to course content (live or recorded) will be provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with others.
  • Course content is accessible through your registered account only.

2. Fees, Payment & EMI Plans

  • All course fees must be paid in full or through an approved EMI option.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another course or person.
  • Applicable taxes or charges will be added as required by law.
  • Late or incomplete payments may result in restricted access to the course.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All course fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • In the event that a batch is cancelled by Astro Vastu Gurukull, students will be offered:
       – A full refund, OR
       – Transfer to a future batch
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content including videos, presentations, PDFs, graphics, and training materials on this website are the exclusive property of Astro Vastu Gurukull.
  • Recording, copying, distributing, or sharing content in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements.
  • All certificates issued by Astro Vastu Gurukull are globally recognized and widely accepted within the professional astrology, numerology, and vastu community.
  • Certification signifies successful completion of structured training and professional-level knowledge.
  • While the certification enhances professional credibility, individual success and income depend on personal effort, skills, and practical application.

  • Students participating in live sessions are expected to behave respectfully.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during sessions may lead to removal without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Astro Vastu Gurukull and its instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of:
    Use of course materials, application of guidance or remedies, or any decisions based on course content.

9. Changes to Courses or Policies

  • Astro Vastu Gurukull reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue any course, fee structure, or policy at any time without prior notice.
