Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 27 FEB 2025

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and payments for courses offered by Astro Vastu Gurukull. Please read carefully before enrolling.

1. Course Fees

  • All course fees are payable in full or through approved EMI options at the time of enrollment.

2. Refund Policy

  • Course fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Voluntary cancellation by the student does not qualify for a refund.
  • In the event of batch cancellation by Astro Vastu Gurukull, students will be offered: – A full refund, OR – Transfer to a future batch.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

3. EMI Policy

  • Students opting for EMI must complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of course access without refund.

4. Management Discretion

  • Any exceptional refund request shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of the management of Astro Vastu Gurukull.
